Project Description

Takoma Park, known for its blend of historic homes and lush green pockets, was the chosen location for a former client of ours, to purchase and rejuvenate a house. The aim was not only to modernize the residence but also to capitalize on its unique setting, ensuring the woodland essence was central to the design.

The Challenge:

The house, while promising, required a series of upgrades to convert it into a comfortable, modern space. The goal was to retain its rustic charm while introducing contemporary elements. Additionally, the client wanted his office on the second floor to capture the serenity offered by the adjoining woods.
