Jos. Klockner & Company was established in 1982 as a General Contracting
Firm specializing in renovation and historic preservation. We now specialize
in Design/Build projects including upscale additions, renovations, and custom
homes.

As a Green Builder, we understand the difficulties faced by many homeowners
who wish to construct an environmentally friendly home.  We have developed
a knowledge base on green products and construction methods and the skills
to ensure that the process of greening your home goes as smoothly as possible.

Quality craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail and business integrity are
what we bring to every project and what our clients have come to expect. Our
reputation precedes us because we strive to not only meet, but to exceed, your

Joseph founded Klockner & Company in 1982. He received his
Bachelor of Arts Degree at Albright College in Reading, PA in
1969 and his Master of Arts Degree at Montclair State College
